3.1 What We Do

We list AI tools, reviews, and educational content. We try to keep info accurate, but we don’t guarantee it. AI tools change fastverify details directly with providers.

3.2 No Endorsement

Listing a tool doesn’t mean we recommend it. We don’t verify security, accuracy, or claims made by tool makers. Do your own research before using any AI tool. You’re responsible for risks from AI outputs, decisions, or data you share with third-party tools.

3.3 Your Content

Reviews, comments, and submissions you post are yours, but you give us permission to use them on our platform and in marketing. Don’t post content you don’t own or that’s illegal/harmful. We can remove content that violates these Terms.

3.4 Reviews

Be honest. Don’t review tools you haven’t used. Disclose if you have a relationship with the tool maker (e.g., they paid you). Fake reviews will be removed.

4. Intellectual Property

Our website design, logo, and original content belong to Stackari. Tool listings belong to their respective owners.

5. Third-Party Links & Affiliates

We link to AI tools and services we don’t control. We’re not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or reliability. Some links are affiliate links (we may earn a commission). This doesn’t affect our editorial independence.

These Terms are governed by Delaware, USA law (familiar to our US customers). Disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts.
